From founder-reliant to self-running.

I step into your business as a fractional Integrator and second-in-command, and I stay until it runs without me.

Structure and rhythm inside the first 90 days. Genuine independence over the six months that follow. I do not leave when the framework has been introduced. I leave when your leadership team no longer needs me.

Forty-five minutes with me, or a three-minute diagnostic if you would rather start privately.

If any of this sounds like your week.

"I'm in everything. Every decision still comes through me."

"I've got good people, but they keep coming back to me for answers."

"We're busy all the time, but I don't feel like we're moving forward."

"Meetings feel like updates. Nothing really gets decided."

"I've tried to put structure in before. It just didn't stick."

"I can't step away. If I do, things slow down or break."

"We've grown, but the way we run the business hasn't caught up."

Most founders arrive at this point convinced they need better people, or more people, or a manager to run it. That is almost never what is missing.

Busy is not the same as moving forward.

The ambition is there. The people are capable. The work is getting done. What is missing is a structure that says who owns what, how decisions get made, and how priorities survive contact with a difficult week.

Without it, everything routes through you. Not because anyone wants it to. Because there is nowhere else for it to go.

It usually shows up in four places.

Direction and focus. Everyone can name the goal. Almost nobody can say what it means for their week.

People and accountability. Roles overlap, ownership blurs, and good people hesitate because nobody has told them what is actually theirs to decide.

Ways of working. Processes live in people's heads. Issues get raised, noted, and raised again next month.

Execution and rhythm. Quarterly priorities are agreed with real intent, then quietly buried by whatever is urgent.

This is structural. It can be changed. And the change is not you working harder.

What a self-running business actually looks like.

The change is structural, and you notice it in an ordinary working week.

You are the operational safety netYou have the space to lead

A second-in-command, without the full-time overhead.

I am not an advisor. I sit inside the working rhythm of your business and carry operational responsibility alongside you.

I run the meetings. I track the numbers. I hold people to what was agreed, and I chase the things that would otherwise drift. Between sessions I am not dormant. Chasing is not an inconvenience of the role. It is the role.

Founders are usually visionaries, and most are not wired to manage. There is no reason they should be. I am. I bring the structure, the discipline and the cadence, so you can do the one job only you can do.

The work does not stop when a framework has been introduced. I stay while your leadership team builds the habits and the confidence to run it without me.

What changed inside a client business.

Sarah Grace Mortgages Ltd, November 2025 to July 2026.

Reading Traction helped the founder realise that what the business was missing was a simple structure. Previous advice had been useful, but difficult to turn into consistent ways of working.

Sylvie helped put that understanding into practice. Working with her as a fractional Integrator brought focus, rhythm and accountability to the business.

The founder reclaimed headspace, strengthened processes and gained confidence in decisions because they were no longer being made in isolation.

The real difference has been implementation. Sylvie helped us build the right structure for our business and embed it until the leadership team could carry it forward themselves.

Two routes. The same outcome.

Fractional EOS Integration — for businesses already running EOS, attempting it, or ready to introduce it properly. Level 10 meetings that work, scorecards people actually use, owned Rocks, a disciplined issues list, and a Visionary and Integrator who are finally aligned.

Fractional Operations Leadership — for businesses that need clarity and consistency but are not ready for a full framework. Clear decision-making authority, a practical operating rhythm, simpler ways of working, and less firefighting.

You do not need to decide which one is right. Working that out is part of the first conversation.

A day a week of my time inside the business, running the sessions and the meetings. Between those days I am reachable by phone or WhatsApp whenever you need me. From £4,200 a month, £12,600 a phase. For comparison, a full-time operations director on £75,000 costs around £88,000 a year once employer National Insurance and pension are counted, plus roughly £15,000 to recruit.

If you want a clear sequence before committing to anything longer, the Road Map session is £2,000 and includes a written road map and three follow-up calls. The fee is credited in full against your first phase if you go ahead within 90 days.

Who this works for.

Founder-led businesses of roughly eight to thirty people, typically turning over between half a million and five million pounds, in professional and knowledge-based sectors.

It works when the founder wants to change something and is prepared to be challenged on what they have always done. It does not work when someone wants the problem taken off their desk. I expect real commitment to working on the business, with my support rather than in place of it.

I take on around seven retainer clients a year, because doing this properly takes genuine time and attention.

A decade in the seat where strategy has to become execution.

I have spent ten years leading operations inside businesses, most recently as Head of Operations in a £700,000 consultancy, where I restructured the business, built the accountability it had never had, and removed unnecessary costs equal to 7% of turnover in five months.

I have used EOS for around ten years and I am open about where it falls short. I am not a licensed EOS Implementer. I am the Integrator who sits inside your team and makes it run.

Get one piece a month, no more than that.

Your business does not have to keep depending on you.

Forty-five minutes is enough to work out whether what is holding you back is structural, and what the most sensible next step would be. No preparation, no pitch, and no obligation to go further. If the answer is that you do not need me, I will tell you.
